What is the difference between lg urbane 2. Edition 3G and LTE?

Welcome to Android Central! I can't find any information about a separate 3G-only Urbane 2nd Edition. From what I've read, the 2nd edition supports both 3G and 4G. What's the exact model number of your watch?

That appears to be a model intended for European market, and does in fact only support 3G: https://www.frequencycheck.com/models/OYm3z/lg-w200e-watch-urbane-2nd-edition-hspa

If the watch was sold directly from a wireless carrier, system updates might be delayed, since the carrier has to approve the update as well.
