What is the hold up with samsung processi g order

[Android Central Question]

I made a order last week in the black Friday sale and the order is still been processed how long does it take because the site didn't say the phone was out of stock or anything and it's been a week now

Have you tried to reach out to Samsung? Usually they give you notification they process the order in a email then will update ss it begins shipping
