What is the Memory Resident Apps feature?

I have only one app in there which is last.FM, I don't really remember putting it there; I'm just curious what this does and why there's no option to add any apps to it?

I believe if you use ram plus feature or possibly if you make a certain app always open like in recent apps to not clear in ram

Here is a screenshot. I don't know really why this app is in there, and it always has been. I saw my PNC app appear in there earlier today briefly but went away. I did disable RAM Plus today though.

You should check the permissions on that app like always allows to use location

Seems the only permission it has is notifications.
