In the screen shot it shows that the usage is 1hr(and 5 minutes) and the awake time is the same. Does anyone know what the Android OS usage relates to?

OS = Operating System.
That is the operating software (i.e. Android 4.4, 5.0, 5.1, etc.). Like your computer with Windows 7, Windows XP, 7, 8 10 is the OS on the computer.
Usage is how long is has been running since last restart or when it was turn on.
Hope this helps.

Lol, thank you Gregg but I knew all that (my bad, I should have been more clear)What I am looking for is what is actually being used here (i.e. data connection, phone call, certain app, etc...) since the phone has been on without a restart for 14+ hrs. Also why would the phone stay awake for exactly the same amount of time as this perticular OS usage.
