I thought 4.3 was a sweet spot. This 4.5 on the infuse has got me hooked lol. Gorgeous screen. Better than my inspire and iPhone 4.

Depends. For watching videos, reading books, viewing web pages, and playing games, I would say the bigger the better. For comfort, pocketability, and texting, I would say 4 inches is ideal.

I owned the Streak. And I loved it. They could go bigger. Go big or go home. lol
