What is the triangle icon with up and down arrows?

After the update on march 20, 2018 I got this strange icon at the top of my Samsung galaxy s8. It's a triangle with up and down arrows inside it. Does anyone know what it is?

I believe it's Data Saver. ATT Phones seems to have activated it by default after the update.

Confirming that it is Data Saver. I just toggled it on and the icon appeared. I have ATT but haven't seen it before turning it on for the test.

I have a Galaxy Note 8 my provider is Sprint. I'm seeing this too I asked this same question this morning.
