From a local classified. Seller says he won it from an LG rep and it's ATT. I've never seen this packaging before.

Looks legit and unique, to me.

The device should work as advertised by the manufacturer, regardless of the outer packaging.

Probably exclusive packaging for the V10 as it seems to be a preproduction device. Either way, congrats and enjoy your new V10

it might be easier to try and determine what it isn't, than what it is.

Does it come with headphones? AFIAK the North american, production release version of the V10 does not include the AKG designed in-ears.

FWIW, its not a Verizon-USA release...
