What is this Gray Circle?

I purchased a Cherry Mobile Android One, when I updated the software of the Device, a Gray Circle appeared on top of the App Button on the bottom of the screen. It Appears and disappears. What is it? Is it a problem? Help is very much appreciated.

Doesn't look like a broken screen, maybe a software glitch.
try resetting phone, changing ROM

Tried resetting the phone, it would still show up from time to time

I am inclined to agree its a software issue. Have you talked to the OEM about it?

Maybe a bad app? Try uninstalling everything and reinstalling them all one by one.
