green android with red exclamation point underneath says no command

I have a Kocaso MX9200 9 inch quad core tablet with 4.4 android operating system. When powered on it goes to home screen but pops up continuous error messages. ex: unfortunately, ConfigUpdater, Email, Clock, process com.google.process.gapps, process android.process.media, process com.android.systemui, stress test 4.4 has stopped.
When i press the power button, back button, up and down volume buttons at the same time it takes me to a screen that has a black background with a green android laying on his back with a red triangle and an exclamation point in the center. Below this it says no command. how do i just get my tablet back to normal. i just want to use it.

When you have the Android on its side with the exclamation point: press & hold the volume up then press & release the power button (then release the up volume button). You should be on a screen where you can use the volume buttons to select where you can enter recovery, then use the down volume to highlight wipe cache partition. Select with power button then sit back while it wipes cache the reboots. This could resolve your problems without factory reset

after you see he guy on his back, press the power button while sliding your fingers across all three buttons(up, down, back), that is the only way I found to do it by experimenting.
