what is this "Please check Network connection"?

Urgent.Please.Help.

I have a samsung galaxy and when i try to get to you tube or go to the play store or try to get on instagram, it keeps telling me "please check your network connection" there cant be anything wrong with my wifi because i can use google chrome just fine. Please Help.
