What is this unidentified icon @ left top of my notification panel?

unidentified icon @ left top of my notification panel. .

Hiya. When i Swipe down & it disappears. It's only been approx 4-6 weeks. I got this Samsung Note 2 second hand approx 6-8 months ago now. Model GT-N7105T I was hoping I could upload a photo. It's basically a circle with 8 dot type shapes on the inside of the circle. Reminds me a bit of a bearing.. If anyone can tell me what tha?? I'd be very grateful. Thanks for reading.
