What is this unknown app killing my battery

This app is called Maluuba qvoice interface and its always at the top of the list of battery killers. How do you get rid of this?

I saw this but it's not listed anywhere as a program or running. Just see it when I look up perpetrators of battery drain

Thought it was voicemate using it but I disabled it and it's still using battery

It is Voice Mate after a little research, it used to be on the market at one time, now its exclusive to LG phones as a alternative to Siri or Google Now. The Q voice interface is its background engine, it runs in its own space so to kill or freeze it you have to use apps like Titanium backup to freeze or remove the engine.
