"Urgently secure your android" popup

Hello, I have a problem with my two SGS3 devices. When I try to visit some random sites - normal sites that never caused any problems, on stock browser or chrome, both of them are showing a message "Urgently secure your android device..." Then there's something like "scan with bullguard - cancel or ok". I don't have Bullguard installed. I didn't try to press OK button. It doesn't appear everytime, sometimes I can surf the net for a while, and then it pops up (in a system window, not a browser window).
Any ideas?

Welcome.
Sounds like normal annoying website popups that make them look like system info.
I would not push any scan or install link.

But it's actually impossilble, that the same ad would show on every site that I visit...

Welcome to the forums. It's hard to tell. It may also be triggered by an app you have.
