what is this weird apps in permissions ? [Solved]

i found this weird apps in Storage and phone permission today
i never install any unknown apps and my device is not rooted
i can't find this apps in android installed apps from settings but i can find and delete it using third party uninstallers "Revo Uninstaller"

i noticed that the last part of packages names looks like some samsung system apps but the first part "F.o.r.BFFF." is unknown

i'm using samsung S8 running on Android Oreo and latest security patches,

anyone got idea about that ?

ok , i spent my day figuring out
somehow its related to samsung themes , if any one got this issue just switch to the default theme
