What is TTV and does my phone have it?

I want my Terrarium tv to work better on my phone.
Someone said something about a TTV. I don't know what a TTV is! Does my phone have it? Do I need it? Please help me. I just am having a lot of trouble getting my Terrarium to play tv shows. I even got Real de-brid and still I get;
"No links!" My phone is a Samsung J3 prime 7.0
