What is up my audio?

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 and for the first couple of weeks it was good and then my phone wouldn't play music through the left side of the stock headphones. I have tried other headphones and they play in the left ear but its much softer than the right. I have had other people test it so its not just me. Help please!
