What is workplace?

Does anyone know what is the app "workplace" the only place I see it is in app mgmt. I cant open it or find any info about it. Any help gladly appreciated.

If it is a company phone then it must have been installed by them

It's not a company phone. It was working instead of Samsung Knox. worked for a little bit after Oreo upgrade then disappeared. It's on all the s9 and s9+ app maintenance section of the phones.

i have a verizon note 8 and saw this app when i updated. i clicked on it and it had all my previous knox stuff. it is not shown in the app drawer but you can see it under - settings, apps - i even used quick shortcut maker to try to by pass something and the "launcher" file takes you to secure folder. If anyone can figure out work space, let us know. I also called samsung and they had no clue.

Use Island by Greenify. Just search for 'Island Greenify' in store. It's pretty cool its kind of knox but also has features like Parallel space.

Very battery friendly and Performance is excellent
