What is your AT&T order status?

Mine shows processing on the top status, but by the phone and sim it shows shipped today, no tracking number but saying UPS.

Whats interesting it is shows 2 devices and 2 sims, only showing one shipped, I only ordered one

Maybe youll get an extra =P

has anyone who ordered through premier and is a new AT&t customer coming from another carrier been able to track the order status for there order. When i click on order status in the email i got its a vague preorder proccessing, and says to see more detail log into premier but i cant since i dont have a phone number to register yet, am i stuck just seeing this instead of seeings all the details?

There will be a track order button when available, alternately you can go to my orders in regular att.com

Yay!!! Just got back from job interview, & no email. But went to AT&T site, I've got a tracking number!! It is with Fedex 2 day. Was picked up today in Fort Worth Tx, est delivery is this Thurs, the 18th.
I signed up for email updates, which I've now received. I am so stoked!

Not east coast here, 20 miles south of Indianapolis

I can't flipping wait!!!!,!!

ATT people are telling me once it ships the amount is charged to you but mine shipped last night and I still havent been charged, is this normal?

If you see a "Pending charge" then it means they haven't charge you yet.. its on hold and will be posted to your account soon But once they charge you it will be dated with the date you order the device.. not the day they charged you. its normal for charges to be posted yet

at least thats how my Visa and Mastercards shows.. it all depends on your bank n when ATT process it.. don't think they are going to let you get away with a free phone lol

The day I preordered it and a few days after it was pending then one day the charge was gone completely. I went in and they said it was normal and that they would take the amount once it shipped. Very strange.

JUST placed an order on ATT.com. Paying outright with next-day delivery. My order is already processed and "pending shipment" currently. Hope it ships out tomorrow as I am off Thursdays !

Decided this would be better then me taking a risk of not getting it Friday in store.

I ordered the 4th, but debit was shown having gone through yesterday. It shipped today @2 & I'll have it Thurs!!!

i was charged yesterday (15th) for $96 dollars, which doesnt make any sense

Sounds like their verifying your card/account/etc. And when it's been processed, full amount will be charged.

Ordered premier with new service for 32gb on the 9th. Status has been processing all week. After calling the Premier support number and being redirected a couple of times, I finally got info. It has been shipped today, they gave me a tracking number, and my phone number (new service). About an hour later my status updated online and reflects the update on the phone that it has been shipped. And I just got an email, like, just now. Still no charge on the card. They're only shipping the phone right now, they said the Media Link will be shipped later.

I ordered mine on April 6th, through premiere and still just shows "Preorder Processing"....Ordered 64gb version. Really hoping this changes and I get a shipping notification soon!
