Lets see... My list of my favorite paid apps, in no particular order:
Pocket Casts
Nova Prime
Swiftkey
Riptide GP 2 (hands down the best paid Android game I have bought)
Reddit Sync
S for Voice Pro (extremely niche, but between it and Agent, my Note 3 has the two main features that kept me on the Moto X)

Honerable mention goes to the app Agent. It automatically triggers different settings, options, etc. when it detects you are driving and reads messages and lets you respond (or will autorespond), silences your phone and can autorespond when you are in meetings or when you are sleeping, and automatically saves the GPS location of parking spots. Think of it as Moto Assist meets Tasker for the lazy. It is a free app with no ads, but I would pay $5 for it in a heartbeat and would probably still buy it at $10.

Not favorite at all but favorite last time is Heroes 3 Runner https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eltechs.heroes3 the port of classic Heroes of Might and Magic 3. A lot of nostalgia :)

Speaking of things I should not have been made aware of.

Just curious, to many of you, why Nova over Apex?

I already purchased Nova Prime. There is nothing I want in a launcher that Nova does not do. Why switch?

That makes sense, but did you consider Apex before you purchased Nova? I was a long time GO user and tried Nova but found that all the features I really wanted were in the pay version, whereas, the free version of Apex was full of features. I only paid for it because I liked the free version so much.

What am I missing if anything, in the pay version of Nova?

Honestly, I bought Nova Prime quite a while ago and do not remember if Apex was one of the launchers I tested or not. I know I tried ADW Launcher and prefered Nova, but I also tried a couple others. When did Apex come out?

I have never used a paid app because if you have option for free then why go for paid like i am using France Android Live Tv Online. it allows me free access to all french channels on my galaxy s3 so wehy go for paid one.

There are actually a few good reasons to get a paid app over a free app. The first is that when a developer makes money, they are more likely to continue development of their app and make more apps. They will also be more motivated to make their app better. So, if you like quality apps, paying for them makes sense. Another reason is to attract developers to go Android first instead of iOS first. Although the gap is shrinking, developers make more money on iOS than on Android, even though Android has a larger market share. Additionally, there are some aspects of iOS app development that are easier than Android development. So, if we want the hot apps at the same time as or even before they go to iOS, giving developers financial incentive to develop for Android is the only way to do it.

I am very new to the Android world and I am currently trying to discover everything. My favorite app so far is Touchdown. It is really a great Exchange client and I love it.

How are you liking Android so far?

I love the customization options, especially the widgets and the true multitasking. As a former iPhone user I must say that Android is not as consumer friendly as iOS, but for power users it is much better.
Sometimes I find myself missing the notifications of the iPhone (I know that there are ways to have the same kind of notifications on Android too), but overall I prefer the Android notifications system.
I find the stock Android apps to be of much worse quality than the ones on the iPhone, but I have found for everything a better 3rd party alternative. In Android we can set our own default apps, so I don't care about the 1st party apps.
The only thing I am trying to find a solution, is a way to sync Chrome on Android with Safari on the Mac...Open Tabs sync would be great, or a send to Android plugin for Safari..I am still searching...

I've been using Apex for at least a year.
