What keeps the bezel attached to Gear S3?

I've seen some videos of people reattaching the bezel on the Gear S2, but not the Gear S3. I assume they have the same parts (bezel, plastic ring, springs, ball bearings). I can't figure out what keeps it snapped on the body. It can't be that extremely thin plastic ring inside the bezel, can It? That thing seems super flimsy.
