What Kind of Roms Are Out There?

I am wondering what kind of roms are out on the web for a EVO 4G if anyone can help that would be great. I have the Kinged Kingdom RLS 2-1. Is it necessary to have something like ADW launcher installed if you have a custom ROM on here?
