What kinda things viruses do?

I had some drafted text sent from my phone. I was unaware of. Phone was also acting possessed. I would make one keystroke and get 4 characters. Is this a virus. Phone had cracked screen also.

Perhaps the digitiser has been damaged?

Have you run a scan with an antivirus app?

I had some drafted text that where sent that I was un aware of. Like about 20 drafts. I already considered a damaged digitizer. I was just wondering if it could have been a virus? Also I had a phone that the battery was fully charged. As soon as I turned it on it would boot up say the battery was dead and shut itself off. A friend had the same thing. Anybody else get that? the digitizer/display has went out since.
