What makes the Google Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S4 phone different than other editions?

It runs AOSP instead of Touchwiz. It also has no bloatware.

I don't know what ASOP or Touchwiz is, but I googled the phone type and found out it is pure android with no service provider software.

Touchwiz is the skin that Samsung uses on its devices. AOSP is stock Android.
