what malware and adware app can i install on my Samsung tab 3 10.1

Malwarebytes app will not install on my Samsung tab 3 10.1 . I want to check for malware as google is freezing and not responding.

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are it's not malware. First, go to Settings>Apps, select the Google app, then tap Clear Cache/Clear Data. Does the problem go away?

If not, then are you currently on the Beta version of the Google app? I've heard of some issues with the latest update, so you could try switching back to the Stable version of the Google app, or wait until the next update to the Beta version.
