I have Samsung Galaxy S5 (G900H) with Lollipop 5.0 installed. There are marshmallow updates for the same model number (eg. for india, which is different region). I want to update to marshmallow using the firmware for india, but not sure of what might go wrong. CSC is empty. Will installing this, lock(Region Lock) the device again?

Hello and welcome to Android Central amdyfiz!

Using a different regions firmware will not alter your phone's region. However, as per the warning in #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide, you will invalidate your warranty and no longer receive OTA updates.
