What new apps have you tried lately?

My best contribution would be light manager. This app let's you assign a different color for specific notification. It's the same as light flow but more reliable imo.

I also looked into widget locker but many people complain about performance so I didn't bother to download it. I'm looking to be able to put the calendar widget in the lock screen. That way I can just look at my lock screen to check my next event. Anyone know of any app that allows me to do that?

Widget locker is good but the only thing is that when I was on ics, occasionally I would unlock the screen and see the stock lock screen before the homescreens opened up

And it happened frequently when you have go sms pop up window setting on

I tried Phonehancer at a friend request to check it out as his first small android project. As a fresh android owner I'm amazed what a gap it is between iOS and Android in terms of sdk capabilities.

I have rooted phone with CyanogenMod android version 5.1.1. If someone already don't know, great app to tweak your hardware is Synapse (you can slightly overclock processor, change battery voltage and many other things).
