What phone are you coming from?

Those who intend to pick up a Nexus 5, what phone are you coming from?

My S4 has been terrific, no complaints.

But every time I pickup my 2013 Nexus 7 I'm reminded how nice pure Android is.

I am beyond ready for the Nexus 5 :D

I'm coming from the Moto X. I had a Nexus 4, and I decided I would switch over to AT&T and try a non-Nexus. I have been extremely disappointed in the Moto X, from its construction to its OS to its processor to its support--basically, I have found the Moto X to be almost a downgrade from the Nexus 4. I will buy the Nexus 5 the second it comes out; I can't wait to get rid of this overpriced, under-performing abortion of a flagship that Google and Moto put out. The Moto X is the worst flagship device out besides the iPhooledyouagain 5S.

Well I was coming from a Nexus 4 but since I broke the screen/touch sensor I'll now be coming from a Blackberry Bold 9700.

Here's a breakdown of the poll's more interesting statistics, as they stand now:

52.61% are coming from Nexus phones (Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4).
19.61% are coming from (non-Nexus, non-Droid) Samsung phones (16.13% from S3/S4, 3.48% from Note 1/2).
11.16% are coming from (non-Nexus, non-Droid) HTC devices (One, One series).
3.23% are coming from Droid devices, and so are presumably switching carriers.
2.48% are coming from the Moto X.

8.93% are coming from the iPhone (4/4S/5/5S).

Still plenty of Galaxy Nexuses getting retired, that's for sure.

I'll switching from an iPhone 5 to the Nexus 5. Replaced my iPad with a Nexus 7 (2013) and I'm ready to be done with iOS.

I'm thinking of selling my HTC One. Undecided though, it depends what new stuff the N5 has to offer.

I have way too many phones that I'm coming from! HTC One, Moto X, S4, Nexus 4, all the goodies lol.

I am looking to get a 32gig N5 preferably. If I have to I will settle for a 16GB. I am coming from an HTC One. I sold my one earlier this week. I am stuck using a T-Mobile Concord for now.

I was originally not going to get the Nexus 5 because of 2300mah battery but have had change of heart. Software trump my need for battery life. Nexus 5 looks all round a great device to me and I am coming from a S3. I like my S3 but I would like to have stock android for once on phone. I haven't had stock android on a phone since the G1.

As has been said before, it's doubtful that we'll see a touchless control experience like that of the Moto X. There's been talk of an always-listening "Google Experience Launcher," but of course that doesn't provide much use when the phone is in sleep or otherwise not unlocked and in use.

Over the past year I've had a iPhone 5, Nexus 4, and am currently on a Galaxy S4 GPE. So I guess I will be coming from a Galaxy S4.

Really? I was hoping that at least one of the main Moto X features would make it into the next Nexus (either touchless interaction or active notifications). I was thinking it would be more likely for touchless interactions to make the cut into stock android. I'm looking forward to whatever new software features are introduced in KitKat though. We'll find out soon!

Edit: Whoops forgot to quote Patrick.
