What phone would you guys get if you couldn't get the nexus 4?

I am doing similar. I just canceled my Galaxy Nexus with Verizon($80/monthly) but still have a LTE MiFi with a 5gb data plan for $50/monthly. I use it with my Nexus7 & Transformer but I am still considering the Nexus4 with T-mo $30 plan but not the 100min one but the 1500min plan. So I will basically be getting 5gb LTE plus 1500min /w unlimited text for $80/monthly with 2 devices serviced not including everything I can use the MiFi with. In reality I have no real use for the Nexus4 since over Verizon's LTE GV works wonderfully albeit a 3rd party app for voice. So if I can't wait for the next Nexus (moto Nexus hopefully) I might break down and get it but till then the Nexus7 is serving me well.

Sony Z. But even though I have the Nexus 4 and the GNEX I'm getting the X phone. As long as the camera is actually good.
