what Point is the Recycle Bin when we cant access it ???
so our Recycle Bin is suppose to have all our Deleted items such as pictures & Messages - but when I search "My Files" there is No recycle Bin ,under more file options. Also when I go into -X-plore file manager - I see a Folder called Bin - bit it says Access Denied - Any body got any clues ??

There's no Recycle Bin on Android like there is on Windows. Depending on how you deleted a file, it might be in a Trash bin -- but this would typically be if you deleted a file using the stock file manager app, or Google Photos. Deleted emails might be in a Trash folder (like with Gmail), which can be recovered within I think 30 day. But text messages typically can't be recovered if you delete them -- that's why it's often recommended to Archive a text message rather than delete it completely.

In My file it's the trash and 30 days
Some apps have their own trash though like gallery, Google photos

Side note. Google Photos was designed by some Highschool Intern. Trash/Recycle is not intuitively placed.

It's under 'Collections -> Trash'. Better than it used to be but still not designed well.

As far as apps go, as stated above each app does things differently. I use the stock file manager for deleting in case I change my mind and a more capable one for other tasks but the delete it final.

You have to play around with apps to see what works for you.
