Battery looks like Beautiful Widgets. I use HD Widgets for my time and weather these days with Nova Launcher.

Yea, I have HD Widgets and can't get these from HD Widgets. Maybe Beautiful Widgets like Shiny said?

It's not Beautiful Widgets either. Just purchase BW and can't find them.
