what program to encode video for the evo?

To encode on my PC to watch on phone I use handbrake. DVD43 if you need to get around copy protection on the fly.

Personally like using Badaboom, made a post about it in the Evo forums. Fast (uses GPU not CPU) and painless to setup and look good on the Evo.
