What ROM are you using?

Hey everyone just rooted my 2.3.3 GB Evo.... that I upgraded to from a LG Optimus S. I loved the different ROMS that were available for it. Now I'm wondering what ROMS everyone prefers for there EVO

Ok so I didnt get any answers and I just surfed the web and found a couple links that point to many roms, seeing that I can't be the only one wondering this here are the links to those sites listing the many available roms for the evo 4g.

I am finding that a lot of the roms I try dont work with this root. Can anyone explain ? IE synergy rom

Also can I use the clockwork recovery instead the recovery that came with the revolutionary root ?

You sure can. As for it getting stuck, did you wipe?

Sometimes it does that. Which version did you try? RC or Nightly? Also, did you do it through recovery or use Rom Manager?

You need to clear your data (and possibly cache) partitions before it'll break out of the boot-animation-loop.

Once you do that, it'll boot up just fine. I had the same issue - Googled it and found lots of others did, too.

Any time you change roms you have to wipe data and cache

same thing happened to me after rooting and flashing Kingdom. I flashed amon ra last night and so far it reboots but it takes a min or two still to pass the white EVO 4G screen.
