What screen settings are you using?

We have several choices. I seem to recall that the most "accurate" was cinema but I'm not sure. "Vivid" is usually awful and cartoonist, at least on TV's. Anyone play with the available options and have any feedback or know a link that explains the pros and cons of one over the other?

I think I read profesional photo is the most color accurate; cinema mode is better for low light situations. I've been switching between adapt display and professional photo. Can't decide which I prefer.
