What SD card do you use?

Are the sandisk ones the best or are the ones Samsung use ok to buy?

Samsung EVO is the best by far that I've ever used. Tried many over the years and currently using the Evo 128GB which is as fast as the internal memory of my device (none of the other cards I've used over the years is anywhere near as fast as this one). Had it in my Note 4 and moved it to my Note 8.

Samsung Evo 256

I'm using the Evo 256 SD card I got with my Note 7. They sent it to me after I turned in my Note 7. So it's been sitting in a drawer ever since. Good to put it to use. But it's way more than I'll ever need. I've not received the 128gb card that is part of the N7 promo yet, but when it comes, I'll probably switch to it.

What type should I look for?class 10?

You should be good with a class 10(that's what I have) u1..u3 is the best not sure how much those run.

I have a San Disk 200GB card in my phone. I have a Samsung 256GB that I haven't opened that I got with my Note 7 on standby although I have been considering putting it in my Surface Pro 3.
