I am using AVG on my rooted Droid Pro, nothing on the xoom yet.

I do think it is amusing that AVG says my tethering program is infected, probably because it has superuser access.

But then again, maybe it is infected...

Ya I am using Lookout on DX but so far nothing on my Xoom...

That would suck to find out your tether program is infected. Worse yet it is infected with something from Verizon that can make it so they know you are tethering and you are just wracking up gb of data charges....

Way to make me paranoid...

Actually I'm not overly worried, AV programs have been known to pick up false positives.

Today I went to a video streaming site on my xoom browser that usually always gives me a virus warning on my PC. Since I had flash enabled, should I be worried?

What type of protection is available for android users?

Lookout can be sideloaded if you go to the website and download the API it will load. It works just like it does in the phone. Downside is it can't locate the device since it does not receive text messages.
