I found a Brand new in box samsung epic on Craigslist for 250. The guy said he is willing to meet me at a sprint store and everything. is there anyways after i buy this phone and NOT activate it that he can call them and say it was stolen? What should i do?

get it in writing, check the ESN number @ the sprint store when you get it.

Seriously though, if he'll meet you at the Sprint store to have them verify everything then why not? Sounds like you found a good deal, or he'll never show!!
