What size ringtones and wallpapers will the Replenish allow?

If I were to make my own wallpapers and ringtones, or look for specific ones wherever, what size do they need to be? What's the biggest the ringtone can be (ex: 250KB) and what resolution does it want for the wallpaper (ex: 300x200)?

I'm sure its only 30 seconds long ring tone but there apps that allow you for more time or customize them.

Well, I'm talking about if I made some myself with my own editing software, what size is the limit. There's a difference between the size and the length of the file. I think apps would just confuse me! Haha... thanks!
