What smartwatch is everybody using with their v10?

Not sure where to post this... Start here I guess.

I need a very dumb smart watch to pair up with my V10. Something to buzz my wrist when I get calls and text messages.... thats all I really want.
Most important is battery life, followed by water resistance.

Does a watch/device like this exist?

Sounds like you want a Pebble. I have not tried the Pebble Time, but the OG Pebble had the strongest vibration and the longest battery, and was waterproof.

I currently have the 1st gen Moto 360, which is almost perfect, but the battery life is pretty lame

A first gen MS Band would be good for you--without using the sport type features, i get a solid 4 days (power off at night). However, the other suggestions given are just as good. I also looked into the pebble at the time i bought my Band but i read of some issues with iPhone (which i had at the time) and didn't buy one

FWIW if you're like me and don't like and don't need a "smart" watch (I have a smart phone right?) and want a nice, affordable analog phone that never needs a battery - Citizen Eco Drive. So far I own 7. I have a thing for watches and they keep making nice ones!

I tried the Isaac Mizrahi analog "dumb" watch for about a week HP Wearable & Smart Watches | Engineered by HP. There are 3 "Engineered by HP" styles to choose from. Sadly the watch kept randomly disconnecting with my V10. Not sure which end the issue came from so I just returned the watch. YMMV. But if you can get it to work, it looks sweet!

I'm back using the Urbane. No issues.
