I was using go SMS because you could use different signatures per user and it kept it separated.
With handcent you could set them but it wouldn't use them unless you saved the first message as a draft then sent it, or you had to wait until you sent a 2nd message.
I left go SMS because when composing a text, the contact name no longer auto populates. It seems like it's reading from the keypad instead of the keyboard.
i love handcent sms.....i like all of the customization possible ie: bubble color, background, separate ringtones, led notification, etc ...just like the way it looks and works.
I was also a big fan of GoSMS when I had my GNex. I will be using it again with my Note II when it arrives today. Can anyone confirm whether emoji are working right now though? I thought I read somewhere they werent working right now?
I Like Stock a lot but dislike the inability to use emjoi's because everyone I know is on an apple device. I have tried handcent but it bogged down my phone oddly enough and now LOVE chomp sms.
The messaging app on iOS devices is more aesthetically pleasing and I've been looking into alternatives. chompSMS looks promising but some note on their site about 12? per sms in the US. Too bad stock Android messaging app isn't even as cool as Samsung's.
