Since Motorola doesn't make TV sets, it's unlikely that there's any way to mirror the phone to a TV. (That's usually manufacturer-specific - like Samsung phones can mirror to Samsung TVs.)

The Chromecast device and the Google Home app work to mirror any Android phone to any TV that has at least one HDMI input.
