IS THIS SCREENSHOT???? (i know what it is, i can read) but why the hell did my phone randomly out of no where started making this loud obnoxious noise while vibrating displaying this message???? i was at work and were not allowed to have cellphones on the floor out of no where it made this loud "emergency" like sound and i was like wtf is this and why is it doing that. the only thing i was able to think of was google now so i went into it and it had a similar card like the screenshot so i went and completely turned it off but 10min later it did it again, how do i completely disable this nonsense and never get a surprise like it again????

It's most likely not non-sense it's emergency message. Do other mobile phone users got same message around you? If it's not then or this is fake or this some app you installed. If yes then most likely this is carrier service and most likely so called Flash SMS made to make such noise. You first need to identify source of it order to figure how to disable it, but if this is real you should not disable it... it might save your life one day

wow. i mean ya cool feature for those who live in flash flood areas and crazy weather but i live in L.A. and we get rain once a year. it rained yesterday for about 15min and that was it so my phone started blowing up.
