I just found this app on my phone! Anyone know what it is? Does it have anything to do with Google or S voice?
Can I delete it?

This is for the vision impaired. It verbally tells you which buttons you tap on screen. You can disable it. No pun intended.

On the subject of stuff we didn't know about our Note 3, well kind of, do US models have apn settings via Connections - More Networks - Mobile Networks - Access Point Names

or does it change the word Network for Carrier (unlikely, but just wondered today)

Also more importantly : do all Samsung's have a Turned Off column in Applications Manager instead of Disabled, or does it vary by carrier (we say network for carrier).

I will try not to get carried away.

I have Verizon (and in California if that matters).

For #1 it is practically the same except where you wrote "more networks" I see more settings - so: more settings >> mobile networks >> access point names.

For #2 I have a Turned Off column.

Sarks.

On T-mobile, the APN path is exactly the same as yours Madd.
But your Turned Off column is labeled Disabled for us.

Thanks JPR.

My UK one says Disabled also. I thought we figured this ages ago. B. Diddy was thinking US Samsung's had Turned Off.
So just some carriers change the wording.

I answer some questions on AAQ, until people finally figure out I don't know anything and I go hide.
(so lonely here on the Note 3)

So T-Mobile keeps Disabled, Verizon doesn't.

I will just keep writing ".... try Applications Manager - Disabled /Turned Off".
