What the hell is wrong with my phone?

Ever since I have reset my Android 4 phone (set up with Vodafone) it comes up with "Unfortunately, Launcher3 has stopped." It constantly blinks every two seconds, and I have no way to get out of it! Please help

If you can fight your way to the settings menu (in between closing the message) then try to clear the Launcher3 cache from Settings\Apps. Otherwise a factory reset should fix it, although you're saying you've done that - which indicates that the cache associated with Launcher3 should've been cleared.
