i have never gotten a certified like new replacement that worked well. i wouldnt bother to go into the store though, it has always seemed easier to me to get my way by calling customer service then going into a store.

Me neither. Refurbs lasted at most two days. One time they couldn't even properly activate it IN the store, it kept rebooting. I just stood there like LOL, can I get a new one now?

I have once , and it worked great it replaced a blackberry(same model) , but..... I also have tried twice where it didn't work those where all my pre-smartphones days(so dumb phones) actually never did get another fully functional phone them. I guess the company quite making ones that worked after the first bunch lol
