What the?!? Help!

Some how I list my contacts app. I'm running sct 2.4 non voodoo I think and a theme forget which one, its black with blue icons, really nice. Anyway all if a sudden I don't have a contacts app. I've been running everything fine for a while so I don't think its the rom or the theme. This morning I went to click on one if my contacts shortcuts and it said "app is not installed on your phone." Then I went into my contacts through the phone icon and the screen went black then gave me a forced close message. What should I do?

go to manage apps and clear cache on the contacts app.

Flash the file here that is used for upgrading and not wiping data

The odin files i put together wipe the data and cache for you

except for the EB01SC24x file, that only wipes cache
