What these files in Android OS

Hey i press in file manager show hidden files with dot. When I press I don't see any of the these files, this files created auto. What these files? On another phone still created..
Umm path and utsystemconfig there is file alvin2 I search Internet and saw this file virus, my friend send to me file manager and I see very same folders, he's folder in Android path .um and file in folder the same alvin2.xml
