What to back up AmonRa Nand options

First time using AmonRa and first time having options on what to back up when doing a nandroid backup.

Do I need to select anything other than the default selected items (backup recovery, ect.)?

What is the best way to do this?

The defaults are fine.

Thanks. I actually checked all but the last one and the cache I think. I checked the recovery and the sd option. Good to know though.

Just as a little background. Of the default selected partitions, Amon-Ra(and CWM) can't restore boot. So you will always have to flash your own boot partition if you're switching between ICS and GB and also between some ROMs.

Actually just ran into that problem and found that out yesterday lol. Good learning experience.
