What to disable?

I know this is probably in the lag thread but that thing is over 1000 responses. What can/should I disable using package disabler to extend battery and get rid of some VZW bloat?

I get rid of anything I won't use. Kindle, Verizon stuff, etc.

Yeah I want to know the same thing. Half of the things I don't even know what they are so I'm afraid to disable them.

I did the obvious stuff but idk if there's stuff that should be disabled that I'm just not techy enough to know about it or what.
