What to do??? Factory Reset???

I took the Verizon 5.0 Lollipop update a couple days ago.
Since then my Voice Control to answer or reject calls and Proximity Sensor after a call don't work so the screen won't come back on after a call to hang up.
Multi Window will not work with the corner-swipe like it's supposed to.
I wonder if these are bugs in the update that I need to wait for a fix or do I have to do the dreaded Factory Reset???
I don't know what to do and I hate the thought of starting over. What should I do??? 😬

Try the Factory Reset
I had to do it with with my Note 4. After the update the Arrows were flashing under WiFi and Data when I was on WiFi. The Factory reset fixed the problem for me. It might fix your problem although an Factory Reset can be an headache.
