what to do if j5 prime freeze and suddenly turn out to black screen?

I was playing music and typing for a reply to my friend in fb messenger when my phone freeze and later on turn into black screen.

Welcome to Android Central! Pull the battery for a few seconds, then put it back in and power back up. Does it boot up normally?
